PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We make every effort to show the products in their true form, colors, finishes and descriptions represented as accurately as possible. However, because the products shown are handmade, please be aware that each item will have slight variations and each one will be unique in its own way.
PERSONAL INFORMATION / PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information that you provide to us or that we obtain will be treated by D’ENFIADA as responsible for the personal information. The information you provide is available only to D’ENFIADA and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You have the right to request that D’ENFIADA delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting D’ENFIADA’s conditions, you agree to the above.
PRICES
Sales prices are shown on the website in Euros. Shipping costs are added to the prices shown, depending on the products selected in the customer’s order, as well as the shipping address.
D’ENFIADA reserves the right at any time to change the price of items or the services and conditions of its online store or to run promotional campaigns. The prices in the online store are based on the retail price (PVP) recommended by the author Rute Ferreira. It may not correspond to the retail price of other stores that sell D’ENFIADA items. This possible difference is beyond our control and depends on the pricing policies of each store.
STOCK
We try to make sure that all the pieces shown in the online store are available for delivery within 10 working days, as indicated in our online store. All pieces are personalized and made to measure for each individual, so there may be occasional delays due to schedule management. In the event of a delay in production, after placing your order you will immediately receive a notice stating the delay and a new delivery date. We will always be available to answer any questions and speed up the ordering process.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Mbway.
SHIPPING
All orders for Portugal are sent through CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. and have a tracking number, which is communicated to the customer by e-mail.
Orders outside Portugal are sent by CTT, DPD, GLS or DHL, and the customer is informed, after the purchase, which carrier will deliver, together with the tracking number.
The shipping address may be different from the billing address. This information is particularly useful when it comes to offers that can be sent directly to the recipient.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight/volume of the order and the geographical area to which they are destined.
Items take between five to ten business days to be processed for shipment from the date of payment. Delivery time in Mainland Portugal varies between two to three working days and, for the rest of Europe, between 3 to 10 working days.
For territories outside Europe, delivery times takes between 3 to 20 working days.
Please note that these times are only indicative, and d’enfiada is not responsible for any delay thay may occur.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
No returns or exchanges are accepted on any of the products purchased. Make sure you are sure of your purchase before making payment.

RETAILERS
D’ENFIADA works are available for purchase in various retail outlets. However, the sales policies, prices and terms and conditions are not linked to the online store. D’ENFIADA cannot be held responsible for any issues relating to the purchase of the author’s work from a retail outlet other than its own. For any questions you should always contact the store where you purchased the item.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In this regard, if the transaction has been concluded through our website, we inform you – in accordance with EU Regulation no. 524/2013 – that you have the right to try to resolve any dispute out of court by accessing the electronic online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You can consult the updated list of Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities available under Article 17 of Law 144/2015, of September 8, on the Consumer Portal, via the website www.consumidor.pt.
Privacy Policy
d’enfiada understands and respects the privacy of its clientes and none information will be shared with third-parties being used solely for the transaction process (purchase and shipping). Only when our customer signs up for our Mailing List, therefore giving us express authorization for us to send information, he/she will eventually receive from us newsletters with news or promotional campaigns.
INFORMATION
D’ENFIADA reserves the right, on its own initiative, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. D’ENFIADA may make any other changes to the website, the materials and the products or services described on the D’ENFIADA website at any time without notice. The price of D’ENFIADA products will always be stipulated on our website, unless there is a typographical error. In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, giving them the option of confirming the order at the correct price or canceling it with a refund. If the customer wishes to have their order refunded, this will be done using the same payment method as the order.
